Granola ToppingPizzaGreek Meatballs

My Granola seed topping is a fantastic way to add a crunch to any yoghurt, sweet or pudding.

The seeds are rich in calcium. As long as you keep the honey to minimum, and only use an olive, you will have created a healthier topping than many manufactured products.

80 g Sesame Seeds

80g Pumpkin seeds

100g Sunflower seeds

1 to 2 table spoons of olive Oil

2 to 3 table spoons of Heswall Honey

Simply weight out all you in ingredients and mix them up using a spoon. All your ingredients will get a coating of honey and oil.

Spread the mixture thinly on to a baking tray and bake at 200'C for 8 minutes.

Optional variations

You could also add 80 g of sultana or 50g of oats if you wish. you could even grate the zest of a lemon in to your mixture.
