The seeds are rich in calcium. As long as you keep the honey to minimum, and only use an olive, you will have created a healthier topping than many manufactured products.

80 g Sesame Seeds (I leave this out when visiting schools)

80g Pumpkin seeds

100g Sunflower seeds

1 to 2 table spoons of olive Oil

2 to 3 table spoons of Heswall Honey

Simply weight out all you in ingredients and mix them up using a spoon. All your ingredients will get a coating of honey and oil.

Spread the mixture thinly on to a baking tray and bake at 200’C for 8 minutes.

Optional variations

You could also add 80 g of sultana or 50g of oats if you wish. you could even grate the zest of a lemon in to your mixture.
