Our Meat from Derek Massey & Sons, Heswall

Most of the meat that is used for presentations will have been purchased from Derek Massey & Sons the local butchers in my village Heswall. Their lamb is local and usually from the Burton marshes on Wirral or just into North Wales.

The beef they sell is the Welsh Black breed and delicious.

All the chicken is free range from a farm in Malpas, Cheshire and pork is again local.
